RSVP and  deposit is due May 15th, 2015.

When you RSVP, we will be asking that all attendees please secure a deposit of $25 per adult so that we may make our initial reservations.

Reunion Fee

• Adult -  $60.00 – RSVP Deposit of $25.00 is due by May 15th. The balance is due Jan 15th 2016

• Child ages 5-17 - $25.00 – Balance due Jan 15th in 2016

Lodging in New Orleans

We have secured 2 Villas at the Pontchartrain Landing in New Orleans for family who are traveling from out of town. One Villa will sleep 12 adults comfortably and one will sleep 6 adults.  Here is a link to there website: http://www.pontchartrainlanding.com/pages/seabrook.php.

 

• Cost is $150.00 per adult for 3 nights; Friday June 24th - Monday June 27th

• To secure a room email the committee saying you want to reserve a room.

• Send in a $50.00 deposit by June 30th 2015. Remaining payments are:

  • $50.00 by Feb. 15th 2016

  • $50.00 by May 1st 2016

Weekend Events

• Friday Night Meet and Greet.  We will meet on Friday evening at the Pontchartrain Landing Event Center 6001 France Rd, New Orleans, LA 70126, for a fun time of gathering together as a family, share a meal, say hello again, pick up your t-shirts and other fun activities.

• Family Picnic- On Saturday we will gather for our Family Picnic at Veterans Park, 1925 Williams Blvd. in Kenner.  There will be games for the children and adults, contests, prizes, etc.  Music will be provided by our very own          DJ D-Boy.  Barbeque chicken, links and condiments included in your reunion fee.  We are asking that you bring all other picnic essentials.

• Sunday Prayer....We will meet again at the Pontchartrain Landing Event Center at 11:00am - 1:00pm for family prayer.  Continental breakfast will be served.
